Today we babysat our 2 youngest grandsons. Micah; our grandson born with with Hypoxia;  had therapy while we were there. He did really good. A while back he had Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. It helped him in more than one way. He may have more later on. We will see what seems best as he gets a little older. After we did that we went to some friends house to visit and had Ham and Beans while we were there. They were yummy. I guess now I will post a recipe. Give it a try!

                                                                       Turkey Chili

1 1/2 Pounds Ground Turkey.
1 Onion; chopped.
2-3 Cloves of Garlic; chopped.
Small amount of Olive Oil for browning.
1 Packet Watkins Chili Seasoning.
3-4 Cans Mild Chili Beans.
1 Large Can or Bottle Low-Sodium Tomato Juice.
1 Small Can Tomato Paste.
Water to rinse out the Tomato Juice Bottle.(about 1/2 bottle)..

Brown the Ground Turkey, Onion and Garlic together in a skillet.
Transfer into a large stock-pot with a slotted spoon or drain and transfer.
Add in all of the other ingredients.
Stir together well.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer.
Stir again from the bottom to make sure it isn't sticking.
Cover and simmer for about an hour.
Can also cook in a Crock-Pot on Low for 8-10 hour or on high for 4-5 hours.
